1. Data controller

2. What data we process

The Service requires no account or personal data and contains no forms that collect such data.

If you consent to analytics cookies, we process data about how you use the Service via Google Analytics 4, including: approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, pages visited, referral source, and interaction events. Your IP address is anonymized.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Traffic statistics and analytics (Google Analytics) — based on your freely given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics only starts after you grant consent in the cookie banner.
• Ensuring the correct operation and security of the Service — based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Google Analytics and data recipients

For traffic analysis we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. As part of this service, data may be transferred to Google LLC and processed outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We use Google Consent Mode: until you grant consent, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode and stores no identifiers on your device.

5. Data stored on your device

In your browser's local storage (localStorage) we keep only your preferences: your cookie-consent choice and your selected color theme. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not used to identify you.

6. Retention period

Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics (by default up to 14 months) and is then deleted or aggregated. Preferences in localStorage are kept until you delete them.

7. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

• the right to access your data and obtain a copy,
• the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
• the right to object to processing and the right to data portability,
• the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal) — you can do this via “Cookie settings” in the footer,
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, PUODO).

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data. Consent to analytics cookies should be given by a person aged 16 or older.
